    jika anggota KPUD adalah PNS Sekdes (sekretaris Desa), belum ada pengunduran dirinya secara tertulis sebagai Sekdes, apakah yang bersangkutan tersebut dapat mengikuti rapat2 oleno terbuka dan tertutup? apa konsekwensi putusan KPUD apabila yang bersangkutan ikut tandatangan dalam BAcara rapat pleno? tks
